Dentures (partial and full)

Dentures are a replacement for missing teeth which can be taken out and worn only when you want or need to. Please communicate with your dentist about any concerns. Your dentist will let you know if full or partial dentures would provide the best solution for your unique needs. Full dentures are only appropriate when all the teeth are missing or removed, while partial dentures are an alternative to dental bridges. Even though they are worn part time, dentures must be cared for just like regular teeth, including brushing and flossing. It may take some time to get used to the way dentures feel in your mouth, but the benefits outweigh the setbacks.
